We have teamed up with the Isles of Scilly Sea Bird Recovery Project to bring you wildlife safaris every Wednesday to the Western Rocks depating St Agnes at 13.00. We have a guide from the Isles of Scilly Wildlife trust aboard. We expect to see Puffins, Manx Shearwaters, Guillemots, Razorbills, Shags and Fulmars during the breeding season ( April to end of July ). Dolphins, Porpoises, Sun Fish may also be seen. We gurantee that you will see Seals and our resident sea birds all year. Come along to find out why our 2014 customers told us the trip was exhilarating, fascinating and a holiday experience not to be missed. The safari lasts 1 and 1/2 hours and we recommend bringing binoculars with you but we do also supply some for the trip.
Every Sunday at 14.00, we travel to the Western Rocks and the Bishop Rock Lighthouse. The guide for this trip is David Peacock who has been fishing these waters for the last 40 years. He has a wealth of knowledge about the islands history, shipwrecks and the wildlife that you can see. In the unusual event that the weather is too rough to travel to the Bishop we will travel to the rocks north west of Bryher or the Eastern Isles. Wherever we go you can guarantee to see lots of wildlife such as the breeding seabirds and seals as well as the dramatic back drop of the islands. We would encourage you to sit back and enjoy views of Scilly from the unusual vantage point that the boat gives you.
We are members of the WISE scheme so you can guarantee that we wont disturb the wildlife in their natural environment.
